Jan 14, 2016 You now have two sections in your Zotero collections pane: My Library and Group Libraries. Personal and group libraries are entirely separate, and changes made to items in one library do not affect the other. You can drag items back and forth libraries to copy items. Search for existing public groups or create a new group. Groups may be public. Your entire Zotero library is stored, by default, in the 'zotero' directory of your Firefox profle. Inside that directory are two crucial elements: the zotero.sqlite fle and the 'storage' folder. The zotero.sqlite fle contains the majority of your data: item information, notes, tags, etc.
This Zotero plugin adds the functionality to perform an OCR for selected PDFs in Zotero. Currently tailored for the use with Tesseract OCR.
Mar 11, 2020 Zotero can store a copy of your library on the Zotero.org server and check it for updates whenever you open your library on a different computer. All your computers must be running the same version of Zotero. First, set up a (free, of course) Zotero.org user account. Then: Open Zotero preferences (via the gear menu) and select the Sync tab.

Build and release
Run build.sh script, which creates a new .xpi file.

For a new release, run the script release.sh, push the code changes, publish a new release on GitHub and attach the .xpi file there.
Development
Create a text file containing the full path to this directory,name the file zotero-ocr@bib.uni-mannheim.de, and place it in the extensionssubdirectory of your Zotero profile directory.Restart Zotero to try the latest code changes.
